Due to a renewed confidence in the viability of quality Hotel assets, we have transacted many Leasehold, Freehold and Investment Hotels in 2017/ 2018 FY and look forward to the vibrant nature of buyers and sellers in the current market intensifying into 2019. We anticipate healthy pricing for gaming entitlements as stock supply diminishes from regional areas in line with metropolitan demand.
